Our 2012 Annual Meeting will be held in Palm Desert, California at the Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa.
JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is situated on 450 acres of lush landscaped grounds and lagoons. The Four Star, Four Diamond, award winning resort in Palm Desert is one of the largest resort and convention complexes in southwestern United States. On the grounds there are two Ted Robinson-designed 18-hole championship courses and a 18-hole putting course, a new world-class spa, fitness center, Oasis pool area in a resort setting, including three pools, basketball, lawn croquet, biking and more. A viable alternative to flying into Palm Springs or LAX Airport, is Ontario Airport (ONT) which is approximately a one hour and 15 minute drive to Palm Desert. If you plan on renting a car this may be a more economical option.
Our focus of the Annual Meeting is all about the “Cooperative Community” of Members and Suppliers functioning as a “single unified entity”. Face-to-face interaction is of the most importance.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff will give you your registration packet at the time you check-in. We will also have an information table set up at 5:00 pm prior to Wednesday’s Welcome Dinner.

Space is limited for golf so please respond as soon as possible. Golf fees must be paid at time of registration by check only. See the registration forms for details.

Our room block expires on Tuesday, March 27, 2012. If our block is filled before this date, it may be difficult to get a room at the Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa, so please make your room reservation as soon as possible.
Note: Member/Owner registration fees will be deducted from your dividend. As previously announced, to emphasize the importance of your attendance at this meeting, your Board has determined that one registration cost will be deducted from each member company’s dividend. If no one from your organization is in attendance, there will be an additional $500 deducted from your dividend for a total of $1495.
