Cost & Information
Cost: Member attendee - $995; Spouse/Guest - $395
Registration fees will be deducted from your dividend. The Annual Meeting is imperative to the strength and community of the co-op, therefore it is required by the NASA Board that at least one representative from each member company attend.
Cost: Complimentary registration for up to 4 company representatives; Spouse/Guest - $395
Cost for each additional attendee:

The cut-off date for our room block is Monday, March 30, 2020. Don't delay as it's possible for rooms at this rate to book up before then.

Ritz-Carlton Hotel Reservations
Annual Golf Outing - May 1, 2020 12:30 pm
The annual golf outing will take place at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, an 18-hole Greg Norman-designed course.
Entry fees are $250 per golfer, which includes box lunch, green fees and cart. Club rental is available for $75 per set.
Deadline to register for the golf outing is April 1, 2020. After April 1, 2020, cancellations, refunds, additions or changes are not possible.
Please register as soon as possible as our space is limited to the first 60 golfers to register.
WE MUST COMMIT TO THE GOLF COURSE THE NUMBER OF GOLFERS BY APRIL 1ST AND OUR FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER THAT. IN ADDITION, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LAST MINUTE PARTICIPANTS FOR GOLF.
Members who register for golf, as in the past, will have their golf fees deducted from their dividend check.
